American Legion Sanibel Events

Department President Dee Bell will be conducting her unit visits in October. She will combine her visit to the Fort Myers Beach post and Sanibel post.

The attached photo reflects values and services we stand for. During the meeting, Dee Bell will be asking we provide examples of how our unit lives these ideals. The wooden blocks will be displayed on a table during the meeting. A representative of our unit will pick one of the blocks up and explain how, in our unit, we follow through with that value or service.

At conference, Jan Farrington, District 13 President, will meet with the national president and Dee Bell to provide examples of how she encourages us to use her acronym “SERVICE” and the slogan “BE THE ONE”.
